Shipping Policy

STANDARD SHIPPING

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; APO/FPO/DPO; we do not ship to International addresses. The shipping methods offered during checkout may differ based on your shipping address and items selected.  Orders typically are shipped 1 - 3 business days after purchase and are shipped via ground shipping, taking 2 - 6 days, depending on location.  Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, US Territories, APO/FPO/DPO shipment times will be longer. 

We offer discounted shipping on all orders over $250 for domestic orders. Overnight and 2nd day shipping are available for an additional fee. Jensen Collection is not responsible for any delays or other issues that may arise when shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Jensen Collection is not responsible for delivery delays, or any other issues once your order leaves our location.
